Liquiheat

Liquiheat Vaporizer is a system that converts Liquefied Petroleum Gas to Vapour form. The Liquiheat Vaporizer works on electricity or gas energy based as a part of its heat source, the medium used here is water or as steam. The Liquiheat Vaporizers are electrically heated Vaporizer with water as heat transfer media. The Liquiheat Vaporizer complete system is fully automatic and various interlocks and safeties are provided so that LPG vapour is produced to meet the demand and no liquid can flow downstream of the vaporizers.

Heaterless Vaporiser

Waste Heat Recovery Vaporisers

A waste heat recovery unit/heat exchanger recovers heat from hot streams, water or gasses that still have a relatively high energy content which would otherwise go unused into the atmosphere. The most common examples are from steam from cooling towers or flue gases from a heat source such as a diesel generator. However, now utilising waste heat from smaller industrial processes is becoming ever more popular. This waste heat can used to vaporiser the LPG / Propane in the vaporiser

Waste Heat Recovery Vaporisers

During the heat transfer process, hot water is generated inside the thermal collectors and it is stored in the top portion of the separator. Hot water generated from the solar system is fed into the water bath inside the vaporizer. The cold water from inside the vaporizer is circulated to the hot water tank. The water bath inside the vaporizer contains hot water in excess of 60°C temperatures. LPG from the pressurized storage vessels/bullets is passed through the hot water bath in the vaporizers inside crisscrossing sets of hollow tubes. The LPG accumulates heat from the water by the process of recuperative heat transfer and slowly gets converted to gaseous LPG. This gasified LPG is then used as combustion fuel.

Solar Energy Fired Vaporiser

In industrial applications liquid petroleum gas is frequently used for various applications. The gas supply is assured by using liquid gas vaporizers which transform LPG from liquid phase into gaseous phase. The liquid gas dry-type vaporizers do not require any heat transfer fluid. Once the required vaporizing temperature is reached, the solenoid valves open and LPG enters the vaporizer where it is converted into vapor

Smart Vaporiser

All Vaporiser manufactured by Liquigas comes along with smart PLC system. Here, Instead of Digital Temperature controller. All the functions of the vaporiser will be controlled by Programable Logic Control.

Dual Vaporiser is the combination of Hot water Bath and Heater less vaporiser

Twins Vaporiser

This is specially designed vaporiser where working and Standby electrical heater are provided and in case any failure in working heater, standby will start. This will ensure uninterrupted vaporiser of LPG/Propane

Air Heated vaporizers are relative uncomplicated heat exchangers which vaporize liquified gas by using heat absorbed from the ambient air. Due to this simple principle of operation these vaporizers do not require external power. Liquid gas passes through a number of interconnected tubes in various series and parallel paths. Ambient air vaporizers are in operations in operation in a wide range of application throughout the industry.
